GOOD NEWS ABOUT YOGA!
We have another instructor to teach our chair yoga class on Mondays at 1:15pm! She will begin on Monday, 9/22.
Her name is Kimberly Dove. She's been an instructor at Coomes Center, Whitetop Yoga and other places in the area. It will be the same as in the past, $5.00 per person, payable to her. Men are welcome to join the ladies!!
